Web Service for validating Electronic Tour Sheet (ETS) files.

In an attempt to promote consistent implementations of the Electronic Tour Sheet standard, CAODC offers this web service to validate specific files. Starting with ETS Version 3.0, the format of Electronic Tour Sheet files is based on XML. Use this web service to validate ETS files as of ETS Version 3.0.

The following operations are supported. For a formal definition, please review the Service Description.

• Validate
  The Validate method takes the XML content of an ETS file as an argument, validates it
  and returns validation results as XML conforming to the ETS_validation.xsd XML Schema.
